Resply provides an AI-powered customer support platform that includes a chat widget, AI agent, knowledge base management, and analytics tools. Our service is provided "as is" and we reserve the right to modify or discontinue features at any time.

3. Account Registration

To use Resply, you must:

  • Provide accurate and complete registration information
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Promptly notify us of any unauthorized access
  • Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You will retain access to paid features until then.

7. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of all content you upload to Resply. By uploading content, you grant us a license to use it to provide our services. We retain ownership of all Resply trademarks, logos, and proprietary technology.

8. Data and Privacy

Our collection and use of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of our service complies with applicable data protection laws.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Resply shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the service.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Resply and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the service or violation of these terms.

11. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of France. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Paris, France.
